Short story, i took protein last night before bed and notice the protein bag left open around 10 hours this morning. Is my protein powder still in good condition or gone bad already?

Just now i take protein and taste a lil bit different but dont know is it only just my feelings? Cant tell.
Other than that, smell still ok, after mix with water also doesnt look lumpy.

The saddest part, i just bought the protein 3 days ago.

If youre not getting any stomachache after consumption, just continue on. Happened to me few times also. But just for few hours

actually it doent matter, even the original tub is not tightly seal. as long it doesnt expose to very humid condition it wont spoil

Maybe just throw away the surface part if it is left humid. I wouldn't say absolutely no issue later got issue i kena karma

but if i were u i would stop taking it if im having weird stomach ache after drinking or the taste feels different as if got lemau and masuk angin

Should be safe to consume unless your house got many cockroach or tikus. Then i'll reconsidered using them. Just use it unless you feel something wrong, you don't want to buy another protein shake, cost quite alot.

protein doesnt expire it only inspires.
