If u from KL then go to Jalan Ipoh. There got alot of sanitary ware shop there n u can compare their prices.

If u from Klang, then can go n have a look at Persiaran Raja Muda Musa. There got 2 shops, one is near the Super Ceramic with big Grohe signboard and another one is Best Sdn Bhd, sole distributor for Bareno brand. U can also go to Jalan Meru, PSM Sdn Bhd for Sorento, Mocha and Cabana brand. They r sole distributor for these 3 brands.

Ｉ bought my bathroom accessories from Mandi BP Sdn Bhd (www.mandibp.com), they have websites and Lazada store. Good service and punctual deliveries. No question asked for exchange.

Prices are quite competitive.

If you want german brand you can try amazon.de instead. I bought mine mostly from there. Almost 50% cheaper than discounted price in Malaysia.

Depending on the courier they use. Shipment with DHL was perfect, even with zero additional packaging. I don't know how do they do it, but it was impressive.

Shipment with Aramex, one of my purchase was damaged (scratched - a pepper mill). But then, they replace it with new one immediately after I reported the damage, not much questioned asked.

I wouldn't worry about the damage if I am no in hurry, because they would replace with new one if damaged. Only thing is that you have to wait again for the replacement.
