Hi, as per title, anyone using anti blue light lenses to block those supposedly harmful blue light from LED display (computer monitor, smartphone, TV)?

Kindly share your experience whether it work or not? If can pls share what brand you use? notworthy.gif

Considering this, clip on as I already wear glasses.

Some of anti blue light lenses come with this sort of test card to let buyer test how effective their lens are blocking blue light hmm.gif

It's legit.

I put my glasses further away from my eyes, I can see blue tint when not looking through the glass. But when you look through the glass, you can see more yellowish hue.
*
The lens u used is the colorless white or those with slight yellowish lens?

Whether placebo effect or not, easy to determine if your eye less fatigue after using it. Eye fatigue is quite apparent effect leh.

Totally transparent white. It also doubles up as reactive sunglasses used when driving under hot sun. The lens will turn dark when exposed to sunlight. When gaming, can notice the contrast/brightness is less eye piercing.

If I remember correctly, it cost me RM1,600. It has no power.

Wow expensive glasses.

Got..change to cinema mode and avoid using dynamic mode. The brighter the tv is, the faster your eyes becum tired. Im using a blue lite prescription glass and i can watch movie close to 10 hours without sore eyes. Most of the time, my tv is set in cinema mode rather than dynamic mode. It does help.
*
I never use dynamic mode, it's for showroom to wow buyer only, eye will KO if everyday watch tv in that mode.

I normally use standard and tune down the brightness and contrast. Cinema mode all color become super yellowish sad.gif

And because of it you will colours a bit different from what it supposed to be especially when looking at computer/phone/TV screen etc.
*
For working, color off a bit nevermind lah.

Maybe don't wear it for movie time.

I'm using Xiaomi Turok Steinhardt, around RM70-80 and that yellow tint works very well for me.

Oh but mine has no power, so I can't comment on those with power.
*
I looking into the clip on type, can take off from my spec when not needed e.g. movie time for more color accuracy.

Some phone have a anti-blue filter. You can switch it on and see any difference or not. Most effective during nights.
*
I seldom play my smartphone, most of my eye fatigue comes from office PC display and TV. Both also adjusted to low brightness.
