It’s placebo.
It doesn’t help “reduces eye strain” in any meaningful way.
Furthermore, if it does filter out “blue light”. Most of what you see will be more greenish/yellowish/reddish.
But hey, if looking at things which are warmer calms you down, go for it. That’s why some people prefer yellow warm lighting at home rather than bright white light.
