I just sign-up Western Union, but keep giving error C9999, customer service asked me to email them and I did.

Then I tried e-Remit, receiver option limited to AliPay, and need to provide AliPay receiver address.

Prefer online, can go to counter too if the rate is good.

Western Union rate in counter too high.

Any sifus with experience in transferring funds to China please help!
