You think just because you come from a commonwealth country, so you can get a free pass to these English speaking countries? The english standard of your birth country is getting worse with each passing day after all.
And what's so hard with taking these tests? I did it twice for diff purposes. I know some eastern european girl did it four times just to get enough points to get accepted into the system.
And an English test is just a starting point. More to come.
How would you know people who got in without an English cert? They told you personally or it was just hearsay?
