Help configuring Wii to Linksys WAG200G, Need Help

Guys, been trying to setup my Wii to my new Linksys WAG200G wireless Modem + router but no luck.
The Wii can detect the router, I entered the WAP but getting 52132 error. Then I tried manually assigning the IP and DNS and changed MTU to 1500 still the same thing. This is the first time I used Linksys so all I did was added some static DNS IP under Network Address Server Settings (DHCP) on the Basic Setup page. Please Help! |

I thought the Wii and NDS can only support WEP only?

I have no problems whatsoever with the WAG200G, and yes I am using WEP encryption.

Actually I tried setting free access and closing the firewall, but still gave the same error code. Can you guys using Linksys WAG200G tell me the step by step for Wii to connect? |

i am using the wag200g but like i said earlier, everything was set to auto, no problems at all

Just restarted my Wii and can connect!
But one issue has been bugging me for a while, there is an update (code start with 6) that i cannot complete everytime. It always update till around 1/20 progress and cancel or something (japan). I use the update function same thing happened even though it did not state the update code. Anyone has this problem because it seems i cannot do other updates other if i cannot complete this one. Or does Wii ask for other updates when i click cancel on this update? Me version 3.0J |

I believe the 3.0 update is the latest at this moment in time. I have the 3.0U and even though I had just downloaded the update, the Wii asked me to update because there was newer firmware. Upon attempting to connect, it said that I had the most up to date firmware so I didn't need to update.
