Each shop has different list. It's not really secret pre-orders but waiting list instead so the priority will go to those provided their name.

Depending what kind of game shops you went. Retailer game shop will have very limited units compared to Sony.

I made a booking with deposit which said stock in Dec while I also provided my name to Sony w/o any deposit. The latter responded to me to make full payment with collection at late December while the first delayed until March.

Even they did it secretly, I recall someone received the collection slot with mine and that someone trying to sell it for S$100.

End up Sony removed that person from the list.

It's sold out mostly everywhere. Even I bought my 7P in November from Amazon, it's still yet to ship.
