MS learned from their past mistake and make good this gen
whereas IMO Sony got snobbish this time and dropped the ball

Sony PS5 probably still will outsell MS Xbox Series in this gen, but overall, MS has a better overall experience, their Gamepass really kicked Sony in the nut this time

well, removing almost half of the heatsinks, majority of the gamers won't notice nor care

as long as it delivers their gaming experience, they don't give a damn even if Sony replaced it with a kitchen sink

IMO, you can claim it's more efficient in removing heat, but only if the heatsinks size are the same

but since it has smaller heatsink, meaning more heat are trapped in there compared to the larger one, hence it's hotter
their newer fan seems to be more efficient and quieter, that might be compensating for the smaller heatsink by pulling more air out

anyway, I'll wait for digital foundry to do a side by side in depth technical comparison if there's any performance degradation
also you can expect Steve from Gamers Nexus to blast Sony for this move

they think the whole world have the same spending power as US mah
USD10 is just a cost of a bigmac meal there, no big deal for the muricans
if it also cost just a big mac meal for me to upgrade here, I won't bat an eye
but it's 3x of that! I gonna bet they gonna charge us RM39.90 for the next gen upgrade


Sony is still a jap corp, I guess their jap main shareholder still has influence over most of their major decisions
if you look closely, a lot of traditional Jap corp culture is already outdated, and some old geezers high up still think their old ways of doing business in the olden days is still applicable today
Sony is not known for taking risks

in the past few gen, they have the most hardware & software sales, they are the king of the past few gens
So just rinse and repeat of the same old sales & marketing strategy and continue to milk more from their cows that cannot supply enough milk
and they gonna charge you extra for milk from younger cow
sooner or later their cows gonna die from overmilking

whereas the other side with "greener" pasture
you're given "free" unlimited supply of milk by paying a subscription
milk from old cow new cow also cost the same, can drink all you want until you vomit

IMO, MS is heading the right way in this next-gen with their heavy bets on gamepass
whereas Sony is still undecided with PSNow while Nintendo is still lost

anyway, most of my friends that gotten their PS5 is still playing PS4 games 90% of time, and some of them even paid scalper price for it and now have regretted it
I even sold off my new PS5 at RRP to one of them, did I regret it? nope.

but when talked to them about Xbox, and the advantages of the gamepass, most of the response I'll get it, xbox no games and their exclusives can play on PC and they can get the ahem ver when it's out

next year to built your similar spec probably will be more than that already

IMO this legend is doing a bigger scale of scam by using a company as a front

u see that famous scammer Shahrilwan Sidek? after so many years, doesn't seems like he's self exile and living in seclusion

police report or not, the scammed scalpers aren't likely to get their money back from the scammer scalper

by now the scammer most likely is already out by bail, enjoying a good meal somewhere

the rest of the victims that haven't lodge a police report should do so immediately

there's a huge difference between scamming 20 ppl vs scamming 200 ppl in the eye of the law

TV just go ahead and grab whatever your budget allowed and pleasing to your eyes

unless Sony does a major overhaul of the PSNow services to make all it's games playable offline like the xbox game pass
else we gonna wait for a long long time before we have official access to it in MY
Sony will need to setup a local streaming hub which aint cheap if they want to offer their current state of PSNow service here
