I noticed there's a difficulty to eject the disc sometimes when the console is placed vertical. Anyone facing this issue also?

QUOTE(tnsai @ Dec 30 2020, 08:49 PM) Even thought I just got my Pulse3D a few days ago, i'm already lookinmg at the 7Ps.. mainly due to how the headset feels and the cramped controls .. In fact I just pm'd HeavyArms and asked how much was the deposit and was going to go in the next couple of days. Been using the 7P for the past 5 days and today is my first time charging it since out of the box. There was one thing I wanted to find out and glad this video covers it (exact time at the link below) https://youtu.be/TS6YN8zsM8Y?t=439 but I saw this video and they were dealbreakers for me (though for some they would be minor) 1) No quick control to set chat/game audio balance. PULSE 3d has this and secondly (this is quite a petty requirement) 2) If you turn off the headset, it doesn't default back to speakers. You need to open up the audio menu on the PS5 and switch the audio (and this doesn't persist, so as long as you have the usb dongle connected and you on and off your PS5 it will default back to the USB receiver) If these things bother you like it does me haha , maybe wait a little for more PS5 targeting headsets.. but other than these two thing the 7p looks solid from reviews so far. QUOTE(tnsai @ Dec 30 2020, 10:29 PM) yeah that's another thing that's attracting me also.. any chance they would update the firmwarre or something to allow for the two things i mentioned in the future ? haha ( i mean in general do they even do that ?) .. They could allow you to adjust the presets on the headphones to use the sidetone slider for chat/game audio balance for example. First one is due to licensing so most probably won't see it anytime soon for 7p.Second one can't really comment much since my speaker is USB based and it's connected to my desktop. Plus, my casing doesn't have type-c port. So the 7P will be primarily on my PS5. |

QUOTE(Anonymous26 @ Dec 31 2020, 11:11 AM) I'm an owner of Arctis 7, definitely the most comfortable headset I've ever owned, the sound quality is good too. 7P definitely worth buying if you ask me Yup, it all depends to the user. Took me 1 week to decide between the 2 headphones and watched so many review videos. The lacking of quick control and switching audio sources manually does not bothering me at all. What really matter the most if sound quality and comfortability. Based on all the review I read, I think in terms of sound quality, build quality (Playstation headphone has been known for poor build quality and material choices) and comfortability, Arctis 7P>>>>>>> 3D Pulse. |

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Jan 3 2021, 02:59 PM) Buy from Amazon lol... you all please don't forget +6% SST after import tax, which is added on top of your shipping and insurance charge. Also if ketam officer bad mood, they can also slap you with SIRIM sticker charge. Ya, I always keep my Amazon purchase less than S$400 else it will be taxable after that amount. Either that or split the purchases into multiple order. |

So out of curiosity, I've bought a 4K IPS monitor from Taobao for S$300 (~Rm900) inclusive of shipping. So far still in testing with AC:V mostly to test out on the color.

QUOTE(AstonCheah @ Jan 4 2021, 06:11 PM) Here you go (link)I took the 4k borderless rotating monitor option. If you need the color accuracy, I can share it also as I did an initial color calibration to compare with my current monitor. QUOTE(AstonCheah @ Jan 4 2021, 07:45 PM) thank i am planning to get this cheap 1080p/27" RM400 just to play for my ps5 as second screen. few questions would like to ask: 1. Buyer's review. I mean why pay more for the similar features with other 4k screens out there except than the warranty coverage, high risk high return. You can talk to the seller in case you need more info.1. what makes you buy this china brand to other like samsung, asus, lg, benq? (aside that it is cheaper) 2. how long does it take to receive? 2. I ordered on 19th Dec and received it on 24th Dec. I opted for air freight since official delivery is not applicable. This post has been edited by XiuKeong: Jan 4 2021, 07:54 PM |

QUOTE(simmarjit @ Jan 4 2021, 08:08 PM) Warranty coverage is super huge dude .... chances of deal pixels or crazy backlight bleeding etc are not super low even for the reputable brands, a china brand would mean parting away with your investment if you do have problems with it. I already treated this amount as my investment money. I mean who doesn't want to get a better monitor in the market.Plus, I bought it out of my curiosity and I already have a 144hz monitor for my desktop. Worst case just do monitor sharing only. |

QUOTE(St. Teh @ Jan 8 2021, 01:41 PM) I believe it safe, but i don't feel like make the FULL payment but receive it 2 months later and they leave it open ended at March onwards..... That's how it works now just to secure on-demand item. It's the same in SG. You put your name > wait to be called up for payment > make payment > collection. |

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Jan 8 2021, 04:07 PM) There will be PS5 revision later this year (no, it's not PS5 slim), that will have a slightly different heatsink design especially for the VRAM. You all pandai pandai la PO launch unit. Hahaha what to do, any chance to own it for sure they will go for it.Even my unit have to bring back to SC in the future because the disc drive unable to eject at vertical position. Now currently put it as horizontal. |
