Check for any physical damage (ports, cooling fan and etc), double check if the warranty seal is intact and not tampered with. Is it a MY set or imported model?
Test the console (Dual sense controller etc) at seller's place and make sure the device is not banned by Sony (test via network).

Make sure :
1. There is MALAYSIA OFFICIAL PRODUCT sticker at the box
2. There is distribute by Sony Malaysia sticker at the box
3. The box got a factory SEALED sticker, if tempered don't ever buy or accept it, someone might opened it before
4. Got SIRIM sticker below the console and also below the dualsense controller
