Software does play a huge role in how well a console performs overall, but it seems the PS5's launch bucks this fact (Xbox Series X still has Game pass?) as it's sold out everywhere despite only having Spiderman and Demon's Souls to shoulder most of the responsibility... and relying on improved performance/visuals in last-generation titles as an additional pulling factor...

Of course having the latest and greatest gadget in one's living hall is extra points in the bragging bag at least...

Btw, how bad can the UI be? Takkan worse than PS4??

i'm just glad to be able to play demon souls, ghost of tsushima and god of war in 4k60fps. there will be more new games coming out for ps5 exclusives in 2021

It sucks that currently you cant put the PS5 on sleep without the risk of bricking it. Quality of life wouldve been more substantial if you can instantly continue where you left off and fully utilise the SSD
