TX3 Mini Alice Launcher, How to change TX3 Mini Launcher

I currently bought tx3 mini android version 9. This tx3 mini using Alice UX as a default tv launcher.
My question is how to change this default launcher to another tv launcher? Tried many times success to install but failed to load the new launcher. It seem like the box will change it back to the default launcher (Alice Launcher).  Can anyone help me how to solve it? Do i need to flash downgrade firmware to make it successfully? If yes how to do it and which firmware version can downgrade from Android 9 (my current version)? Thanks in advance hope someone can help  |
