Any unskilled labour to use the demo/rotary hammer with the flat chisel also can remove everything. Important part is get a good Tile sifu to lay.
1. Change First floor tiles

Can be done yourself if existing paint is still good condition as a lot of the time is spent waiting for paint to dry. Prep work 80%, actual execution 20%.
2. Painting

Better find plumber to do. There is some consideration in terms of the poo outlet hole size and working room (distance to the wall) that may limit your WC selection.
If the house subsale and sold as is with old paint, no watermark or bubbled paint anywhere then it is pretty good to go. If new paint everywhere or seem like only the toilet facing walls are repainted, that is a potential red flag.
4. Change the closestool (toilet)
5. Check plumping

Better find qualified electrician to do. Gen con/unskilled labour may not even know the electrical code well or will do silly things like screwing on the wire insulator than the copper wire.
Also if the house wiring is old (>30 yrs/pre 1990) consider a replacement of the DB box internals.
3. Change old eletric switch to new
6. Check electric wiring
