Hello gurus, can anyone give me an idea how much it will cost to extend the back of a double story house? The back of my house is 20x7.5 ft. I want the roof to be flat so can put a water tank.
Just for an architect fees, my contractor is quoting me 6k. |

Examples: Toilet relocation? Full height tiles? New piping/wiring? concret/tile roof? New walls? Just get some contractors for more accurate quotes. Also, be careful for hidden cost or subpar materials for cheap quotations. |

Cost to extend or cost to do authority submission? Where is the location? You need an architect or pelukis pelan to do the submission.
