From what I heard, they claimed that the working environment is very hettic.

Wikipedia still said that they're still a US-based MNC. Perhaps I heard wrongly.

the work in NS is very hectic and the working environment is very easy.
NS is not the place for ppl who wants to be given 'face', so to say.

national semicon (NS) pays more than sony. but they have no OT (overtime) and to go back sharp
5.15 is very unlikely. i heard ppl work till 7, some till 10!

in sony got OT. i suppose work is easier. i have friends there. no one complains yet.

but their business is slighty different. so to compare prospect..im not sure.
but both categorize as 'electronic' industry..you say leh?

but if u ever ended up in semicon, never get bonded. unless u are very sure of what u are
doing. there are so many semicon company around battling for manpower!

p/s : i spent a short span at the company opposite NS smile.gif so i heard...

NS is a manufacturing plant, so work like machine is very common. But NS is slightly more than other company, but their pay is good. Which one have better career path? NS is famous for their workerholic, so what do you think when other company know you come from NS? Got a fren working in NS as a manager post, so know the working culture and environment clearly.

from what i heard, qimonda company does practice fast moving environment, everyone have to be fast. But stressful or not, that i'm not sure. For sure NS is a stressful and fast moving environment and their pay is high.
