Model Name: DIR-842 (provided by TM)
Hardware Version: C2
Firmware Version: 3.06TM

Hi, guys. I can't login to 192.168.0.1 admin page because I forgot the password. I also lost the installation form. I had tried the password(all kind of possible combination of passwords) on the sticker at my modem but still unavailable to login. What should I do ? Is it possible for me to reset the modem and setup everything back to normal by myself without any IT knowledge or do I need to call TM technician come to help me setup ?

There should be a reset button on the router itself to go back to default settings. U have to call TM to get your unifi id/password though..

Just reset the damn thing, why is that so hard?

You call TM technician to come, you will have to pay for it

Yes. That is the problem. I need to know the steps to setup back everything back to normal in details after I reset.
