I am quite new here so I apologise if I am posting in the wrong place. Also if there is already a similar thread, I can't seem to find it.

So basically, I am thinking of purchasing some cycling apparel from overseas to sell online. Not a huge amount but it is for reselling.

Do I need an import license?
If yes, can I apply for it using Sole Proprietorship/Enterprise?

Would really appreciate if someone can point me to the right direction
