QUOTE(das99990428 @ Dec 3 2020, 09:52 PM) Yeah, ktards being ktards. asal boleh as long as dapat kongkek bini orang.. It depends on the state, the district and how far away are you from the pejabat daerah of that district. on a serious note, do you know the process for reporting khalwat? Will the Jabatan Agama come on the spot or what? I used to manage a petrol station that was at the same town as the pejabat daerah and also had an office with an enforcement department. That station had a lot of empty land surrounding it and became the favourite places to do elfresco experiences. Phone call to one of their informers aka Mat Skodeng and it would take between 5 to 10 minutes before a raiding team showed up. My new station is in a district where the Penguatkuasa is 20km away, needless to say they prefer easier and quicker targets and a call to them would require a 2 to 3 hour wait though you could call upon one of those mat skodengs to help you out to speed up the process. |
