I have a theory. He did not join those lucky draw but the spending type. Maybe all is manage by a same event management. Then got insider inside telling him whats the exact ammount to spend to win. Then he spend exactly that. Need super detective /k/ to find out the event manager.

Thats why i always join lucky draw type.At least can blame on luck. But i did win a yamaha lagenda from 99speed mart this year. And a bloody lady won a freaking toyota corolla altis 1.8 from the same event. But this all is lucky because the grand prize: the car was a live lucky draw with all 100 eligible motor winners onsite. So that lady really lucky. Get car abd motor
