On the other hand, I do know a guy who spend rm100k/month to buy groceries, pay utilities bills, and so on for his whole flat. Customers mostly housewives and foreign workers.

So, he charges all this expenses to his credit card and earn rebates/cash back. His operation is so big that he strike deal with certain supermarket to do delivery directly to his customers.

He is just a very simple guy, work in factory as production supervisor.
