Life is always unfair, some ppl born poor some ppl born rich. He never violate contest regulation which requires top spender. But why he get BPN and whether he got pay LHDN or not is another matter

If he found the loophole other than songlap then I say he is great. He should take the prize.... smile.gif

If u see those contest winners are based on highest spender. Maybe this guy is running a supermarket. So he buys in bulk and resells the products

if im not mistaken, winnings from contest is not taxable.
*
windfall tax is not taxable. however, if he does it day and night it is not windfall anymore. so IRB can argue about this.

So many brilliant minds in /k still couldn't unearth the truth of Lau Li Kung?
*
truth is he wins the Biggest Spender contests, not lucky draw. he just need to buy tonnes of products, win the prize then resells the products. maybe his family owns a supermarket. but by winning repeatedly, he might be subject to IRB investigation for income tax as the winnings are not windfall anymore.
