Being a top spender is difficult with limited resources.
So I suppose either he's with plenty of resources to spend hard in events, or, he's really good at measuring how much he needed to spent at least, to walk away with the (grand) prizes.

Perhaps only the data from event organizers can tell us which point is valid.

If don't win... then gone case la money like this (if a normal ordinary person were to do that).

So he must have a good starting amount/a fair size to splurge on contests if indeed this is the way he plays.

Going this route would also mean the person has to be super dedicated to win, going all-out, having a good strategy and then executing it again and again and not missing any big opportunity.

Then? What is the point of doing this?

Use 50k to win 50k worth of prize then sell to get back 50k, where is the profit?

Then just say he is whole saler or reseller la. Why have to censor or shut down everybody on /k.

I’m surprised it took this long for him to be noticed. 15 years of winning? How many contests? Is all on the internet. Why now only people notice? Or maybe his activities scaled up only this year.

I thought most of the times the prize will mostly likely sell off at a lost? Especially those car, many car dealer will wait at the place then directly buying from the winner at a lower price.

So it is literally calculated gambling liao. Hats off to him for staying low for the past 15years.
