I think it should void. Common sense.
So do one external one to avoid conflict

why void warranty?
we are not talking about sending your brand new car to workshop bawah pokok and then authorized center not provide warranty anymore.

Can the developer void your warranty of your water piping leaking, after you change your faucet?
The water piping is internal inside the wall.
So does it fit any common sense if I change the faucet or shower head and then resulting in piping burst/leak somewhere in the wall?

I replaced the air cond.
Why would that affect the piping in the wall?
I remember I saw my contractor just slotting the air cond to the drain pipe hole. How much damage can you cause to the piping somewhere in the wall by inserting the air cond hose to the slot of the drain pipe?

I know main con will use 101 excuses to cuci tangan, but at least they should come up with reason that people could accept.

I suspect is the wall copper piping touching the switch socket wires and water drip down when condensation happens during ac running time.

The ac water outlet mouth is located right or left ?

From the connection at the wall, i think the drain outlet go down and bend towards the door, before going down beside the door frame.
the other side of the door is a toilet, so the drain water piping should be going there.

To confirm your suspicion, do a ponding test of the drainage piping. Seal the outlet with cloth and pour water into the mouth of the ac drainage untill is full. Leave it for a day and see any leaking occurs.

Is not what we think or say is important. Is between you and the developer. If you think you have a case, then take it up further the legal way or to the relevant authority. Even panel judges can have different opinions when a case is infront of them.
