buy console bro.. RM2k and RM500 for the game
a decent processor & mobo will cost you RM2k+ Gfx card is another RM3k you haven't add any case, ram, etc even a starter decent gaming machine would cost RM5k |

as many people suggest you get the HIGHEST quality on Cyberpunk on Consolse for RM2.5k budget.. PS5/XB
You get lousy gfx on RM2.5k budget on a PC You already state you want this for Cyberpunk. |
