Hello all,

May i know how you guys pay your condo management bills?
So every month they send invoice to your email is it? and transfer via online?

I wish to improve the collecting system by using APP, but not sure if its necessary since it will cost more.. but i want it to be easier for residents to view their outstanding bills and also management notice. Please advice if you have any recommendation

Thanks!

Monthly is too much work.

Every quarter and online transfer or cash.

Right now, we are getting our invoice every month, so every month have to pay before a certain dateline.. i want to propose a APP one but this will cost much more money.. for sure they will not agree if the current system works.. For me, its always better to integrate with an app and evolve from there instead old school sad.gif

What I want is like convenience on viewing statement and notice.. right now all statement is sent to the owner. if we have a app, statement can send to tenants straight instead.. so let them handle it.

haiz... for sure ppl old thinking say dunwan la.. save money

our management quite manual mode one.

They put the statement in the mailbox and we can either pay online or cash at the management office.

Your mc have the funds ?

Can it improve collection ?

Most owners dont matter how mc goes about doing work as long everything in order and unnecessary increase in monthly charges for 'improvement'.

hmm.. you got a point there.. as long it does not increase in monthly charges eh.. so i guess an app is not feasible.. sad.gif
