Hmm, let's see....I bet Lenovo will want to acquire Dell if it is put up for sale.
The PC market is extremely volatile. Remember a few years back when HP was having serious troubles of its own? Now, they seem to be doing really well, so I'm sure Dell will pick up. The only question is whether they will regain their position.
