Start from the initial buying stage till now ...what happened ?
If you want to lodge a complaint with the bar, do it in writing for record and official purpose. The bar will reply to your letter whether there is a basis to initiate an investigation or need further info. I doubt any professional body would just accept a phone call ... it could be a prank.
