i have a main card for myself and supplementary formy wife.

so have to pay RM50 la for this service tax. rm25 each

ok now, i wanna apply another card and cancel the supplementary. this new card i will give to my wife for her use. the issue is tdat the card name will be me. but is this really an issue? allowable?

the current card is maybank barca not islamic. wanna apply a new one, under islamic.

OK, nothing prevents her from using a card that has your name on it as these days everything is either wave or pin rather than signature.

Your wife can use your card with your name on it, but sometimes if the merchant found out that, the one who paid for purchase is not the same person as the name on the card, they can simply refused to do the transaction with your wife, as that purchase can be disputed later in future.
