Recently i got a mail from the stock company that i bought years ago. The content of mail is about proposed Selective Capital Reduction (SCR)

Appreciate if someone can help explain what is SCR? Anything i need to do from my end?

SCR would require shareholders' approval. have they issued the circular? if yes, then you can read that and there's recommendation on what you can do.

there might be qualifying criteria.

as you also mentioned the proposal that they are doing > selective capital reduction.

how selective? they would have more info about it.

in another words is also, they will be redeeming your shares out, from the share capital portion of the company's assets.

but based on what price? refer to your announcement/circular.
