I will buy one for fun although not forgetful person

I think you mean Bluetooth tag, NFC only have VERY short range in cm

this company is doing ok for tracker tag
https://www.thetileapp.com/ they sold a lot globally
they even complain about Apple AirTag
https://techcrunch.com/2021/04/20/tile-bash...ir-competition/for the tracker tag, first there are tracker tag only utilize Bluetooth, and there are tracker tag utilize Bluetooth and UWB, for precise finding UWB is needed, because UWB accuracy can reach 5-10cm
recently Samsung get ahead in releasing tracker tag, SmartTag and SmartTag+
SmartTag => Bluetooth only (~USD19)
SmartTag+ > Bluetooth and UWB (~USD39)
Apple AirTag => Bluetooth and UWB (~USD29)
in term of pricing, if someone said Apple selling expensive tracker tag, I would say no

refer to the tile tacker above, they are actually selling USD25-39 depending on the model, and if not mistaken most of it only uses Bluetooth and don't have UWB
and most important AirTag is first party accessory... Apple have 1 Billion active iPhone user... Apple does open Find My network for third party tracker maker to hook into... but the price third party make can sell is? by offer extra feature? slimmer? better?
so in the end I would say AirTag sitting at the right place and price point for people who use to forget where they put their stuffs

Should be 26th or 27th since apple release note tell developer to be ready starting 26th April
https://developer.apple.com/news/after watching some review on the airtag, I'm sold. but when there's no combo pack of 4 for Malaysia market, I'm off. haha. 1 is not enough.
and also the most can benefit from this airtag tech those who live in city area where iphones' everywhere. rural area at most can be key tracker.

That's really great.....BTW the overseas iPhone unit now eg: USA or HK set are able to perform warranty claim in our local MY Apple service center or those service center operated by Apple Authorised Reseller??
If you're buying LL set from local seller, most likely the warranty will come from seller shop. If they told can claim from ARR, bring the phone to nearest ARR for confirmation.
The best is to go to Singapore and walk in into Apple Store.

I purchased iPhone 12 Pro in January, but now prefer bigger screen of 12 Pro Max, is there any venue that I can sell this iPhone 12 Pro so I can buy 12 Pro Max?
What's a suitable price to sell this newly used iPhone 12 Pro?
I was the opposite of yours. Initially I got 12 Pro Max due to all the best spec available. when use on day 1 I feel the phone is very big, using 1 hand is not convenient for me.
Been looking for trade with 12 Mini or 12 Pro for awhile now. But now, the weight and size seems no issue anymore. Haha. If you're still looking for 12 Pro Max might get back to me we'll see if can deal or not.

pro max can really feel the weight... and i'm coming from 7+
but yeah the time will make one to be used to the weight

yeah, but later when put good case can solve the issue somehow as weight would become issue if hard to handle or easy to fell off from hand.
I tried rhinoshield solidsuit the grippiness not so much, so weight become a problem. Then i tried UAG plasma, once i can grip nicely, heavy or not is not an issue.
