just an update (for anyone who is interested). sent in my phone to QCD Sunway Pyramid last Tuesday for inspection and got a call today informing that Apple Malaysia recognized and acknowledged that this is a hardware defect on their part so they sending in a new replacement unit for me this afternoon.

Another top notch service by Apple.

Happy for good service of Apple but at the same time I just got to know my dad threw away my SlimCase which I put on table after I replaced my leather case. He said it is just a plastic casing... Not knowing the plastic casing costs RM 91. I wanna kill myself. The garbage collector already came and collected.

Omg 🙈 my hubby also say slimcase casing looks very normal. Doesn't worth rm91. 😣

Upgrading from 11 pro, the Qualcomm X55 modem (a lot better than Intel modem), additional 2GB ram and 128GB base storage, all these with the same price as last year.. definitely!

Called Apple and wanted to initiate the return process and as usual asked me to return back and they will replace for me but I asked if I can get a replacement while I return back my current one. Before this call, I already called twice, so this is the third call as I think they had connection issue and couldn't hear me after some time. I was already sounded upset as I repeated three times for it.

Then, she said she will check with her manager for my request. Guess what? Apple will refund me the money and I can keep the casing, then I can re-order again. One time exceptional approval and I guess once I get back the refund, I can get Baltic Blue or may not re-order again. It wasn't my intention to get a refund at all... Oh well.

Received both my ESR clear case today.
The Air Amor have more protection at the edge the grip is also good. Better then ringke fusion x grip.

The normal clear case looks elegant and the back is glass. Its more rigid compare to the air armor. But the grip is not as good compare with air amor. But better then ringke fusion

The downside is that both the back is finger print magnet. Need to  Keep clean it. Let see low long will it take to become yellowish

But for the price i paid with the quality. I would say its worth it for those who wants a budget case
