My iPhone 12 Pro Max is dead!
Last week my phone suddenly shut down itself! I plug the phone into charger, computer (itunes) but still unable to wake it up. I sent the phone back to service centre and hopes Apple going to replace me a new unit. Yesterday i received a call from local service centre, they told me Apple repaired my phone by replacing the "rear system" (changed almost everything except LCD and rear camera). The phone is on the way back to me now. Should i accept the repaired phone? or request Apple replace a new one? Any opinion will be appreciated.
