 Maxis Port Forwarding No Success, help

I have already have public ip by calling maxis but the all the port that is in the picture is still closed

The ip address that uses 25565 is my computer's internal ip. I've tried both wireless and LAN connection and the result is still the same. It's been months

Someone please help me and tell me what i did wrong

My router is Archer c5v
