Meaning someone suffering from narcissistic personality disorder. Do such people have any chance at redemption or are they doomed to self-destruct?

I've experienced someone from the Cluster B personality disorder before. Not narcissist though, more to BPD, so I've educated myself A LOT on Cluster B people.

No chance of redemption, and depending on whether they are high functioning or not, they may even succeed in life. But anyone involved with them in a relationship will suffer, unless they are on a matching profile of Cluster B also (e.g. a sociopath gets along very well with a narcissist).

She is. That’s why I jelly sometimes haha

One thing I never jelly about her is her mental capabilities. She had grown too dependent on others and would whine whenever she couldn’t get what she wants.
One thing I don’t like

Doesn't look like she's narcissistic. Seems more like she's manipulative. Two of the glaring attributes of narcissists (and sociopaths) are they're impulsive, and must win at any cost. If a narcissist lose to you, they will hate you and will openly show it. They have no sense of personal boundaries, and are pathological liars.
