here's my lipid profile. how bad / ok is this?

- i walk 20,000 steps per day
- 3x HIIT / aerobic workout per week
- i rarely eat oily food like roti canai, kfc, nasi goreng, etc
- i don't eat chicken skin
- i eat oat for breakfast, economy rice (normally 1 meat 3 vege) for lunch, wholemeal bread (4 slices) for dinner
- other people says i'm skinny a f

sometimes body produce more cholesterol... i lowered mine take red yeast supplement.. try lor..

Btw will be good if you can provide more baseline data - BP, ecg etc.
