Best to get fish from early morning pasar borong or morning wet market. Better still directly from small scale fishmonger cum fisherman. Go for on site scouting for suppliers. Source: frequent morning wet market-er George441 liked this post

Perhaps you can check out Shoal Scout Malaysia?
