Really interesting illustration thought I'd share.

It makes perfect sense why a few become filthy rich.
Majority becomes average or poor.
Policies benefit very little to the majority.
It's all about the power and money.
Money buys support to maintain power. Power generates money.

Does this power structure apply to an office working environment as well? Does it apply to an organisation?

Its whats happening, but i call BS if it says democracy is better than dictatorship (mind you i don't favor one over the other, just stating the obvious).
Especially in a capitalistic system. And it was comparing STABLE democracy as opposed to just dictatorship.
Should've compared stable with stable. Meh.

We all understand that to the large extend. But we are not accepting the status quo.

There is a saying in philosophy, the perfect morality is living in a world that don't need laws because everybody is moral. No impositions are needed as everybody is moral. You can believe that we will never make it to this perfect level, but surely you don't believe we can't make tiny daily steps to that direction? Start counting now, and we will reach 1 trillion eventually. Not you, but your descendents.
