Hi all sifu,

i wanted to update my laptop bios as i suspect this is the cause it can't detect my pcie ssd in the m.2 slot.
it seems like the BIOS update is important to do the right step else will brick the whole motherboard.

checking advise here, currently my BIOS is Quanta QQ111, 5/1/2016
is this the correct site to download some sort of new BIOS firmware?

https://www.qct.io/Download/index/Firmware-Update-Utility

thanks.

What is the laptop brand, name, and model number?

Di you check what type of SSD the laptop accepts? Does it specifically says nvme SSD? Or is it SATA SSD?

The correct place is your laptop's manufacture website.
