Hi. I am interested with this project for investment but not sure how wil be rental demand in that area. When will the MKH shopping mall completed? Overall, is this project good for investment? I also looked into canopy hills projrct and mutiara rrsidence project. Both also nice but a bit far from the shopping mall and KTM station. Any owner here mind to share some insight?

This project is still under construction, estimated completion at end of 2022 or early 2023. The shopping mall will constructed after this project and estimated completion is around year 2025 or 2026. This is what the sales advisor told me.
Construction of KTM Kajang 2 station has completed, touch up works going on so not yet start operations.

KTM Kajang 2 station is one stop away from the MRT Kajang and KTM Kajang station. I believe the price will increase more in future once the shopping mall and commercial area is up in Kajang 2. Another project which you could take a look is Nexus Kajang or Boulevard 2 project by the same developer,(MKH). Selling like hot cakes not sure whether still got units or not.

Block A and B fully sold out. Block C and D selling now. Fully covered walkway to KTM station will be built by developer.

Just went to the showroom today.
Bookin rm500
930sqft is at ~RM465K 850sqft is at ~RM420K
unit left Block C only level 20 & above depend on unit type.
Block D will open after Raya the say but with higher price

Because some agent advertise it good for investment and ownstay, unless you work there, or else got so much demand meh? no much moving population also. i doubt about that. Single bidder won unchallenged at 178,500. Good catch?

Another 2 bigger size lelong unit also sold at below 270K. Definitely cheaper than launching price.
