Actually it's been long time like that. But now when my officemate noticed it, I feel uncomfortable. Afraid I got parkinson.
I know going specialist is better, but I dunno where to go to check. Anyone can advice me?

Preliminary do self check, which side of hand? How often does your hand shake? On what condition does your hand shake? Do stress test on your hand like lifting weight aka exercise. Tell your results to your doctor.

I think it's always shaky.

Sometimes when I dont eat enough, or when my LBP acts up, i start feeling shaky too. Maybe you should go see the doctor! Could mean alot of things.

Just go to Govt Hospital to check. Either KLGH or HUKM also can. Most probably due to stress. if it's illness, it could be Essential Tremor. Essential Tremor is when you do things, hands shaking. Parkinson's is every time your hands tremor or move on its own. Worst case is Huntington's.
