1. Update the BIOS to the latest version
2. Shutdown the PC and remove the power cable
3. Remove the old RAM
4. Remove the CMOS battery for 1 minute
5. Reinstall the CMOS battery and reconnect the power cable
6. Install the new RAM
7. Enable XMP

PS: Cannot campur your old RAM and your new RAM if you want to enable XMP
