Hi guys I have a condition call phimosis but mine is only when erect. As of recently me and my gf have been trying to have sex but unable to do it since she says she is too tight and another reason is i feel pain whenever intercourse takes place. We can go up and down a few times before i lose erection due to the immense pain. We tried to had sex 3 times but out of the 3 times only 1 time i manage to fully penetrate her but tearing appeared on my penis. I'm considering to do the following:
1) Z-plasty
2) Lube
3) Circumcision if really needed.

This is my first time having sex but not her first time. Hence my predicament. Is there any other way i can do to make it better? Any advice will be good. I have been asking around my friends but no answer from them.

Thank You.

I'm having the same problem.....It only happened recently when my partner is having abnormal discharge and makes her wet less. Use lube to counter that prob....else, like me, go to another partner :-)

"Wolverine" has Phimosis, and it's "a condition in which the foreskin can't be retracted (pulled back) from around the tip of the penis. A tight foreskin is common in baby boys who aren't circumcised, but it usually stops being a problem by the age of 3. Phimosis can occur naturally or be the result of scarring."

So his skin is maybe too tight, and when he happy, it tears a little since it can't expand as much as it suppose to. The tear hurts!

Circumcise will remove that foreskin and end the tightness and tearing.

Also, circumcise is cleaner. Recommend it!

agree that circumcision is necessary for certain medical conditions, but it is also important to exhaust every non-surgical alternatives before undergoing surgery.

Your first time having sex but is it your first time pulling your foreskin back?

Remembered when I tried to pull back my foreskin during form1 (no sex education yet), it was damn painful. I stopped doing it for 2 or 3 weeks and then tried again, but it was much better from them one.

If you feel pain when inserting, probably too dry. You can feel her wetness on your finger but it does not mean its the right amount. Try lots of lube (rub all over your stick and somemore on her entrance) without pulling your foreskin, slide it in, slowly pump and your foreskin will slowly retract (or you can slowly pull your foreskin back while pumping).
**BTW, this works only without condom

I too will experience tearing on my foreskin when the foreskin is too dry (whenever it started, it will prolong for couple of weeks until it goes away) and wife is not wet enough. It will take 1-2weeks to fully recover depending on the tearing. So sometimes when tearing occured but want to have sex, I will used the method above. When the feel is there, it overcome the pain of tearing. Only feel it when want to wash and clean up. If you dont have premature ejaculation, try it without condom. Personally, I feel I get tearing the most when I used condom. There were few times where it even hurts the frenelum so bad I cant even had sex. Hence I only put condom on if wife wanna end on top. Otherwise just pull out before ejaculation.

you need to practice pulling back your foreskin when you shower for hygiene and also stretch out the skin

when you get an erection it will stretch it more, take baby steps instead of going for no.3 right away
