no idea when i can put a stax over my head.. haha maybe in a few more moons..

well after 30+hrs of burning in, the Ldmk1+ is beginning to sound nicer and nicer every 5-10hrs..

hope im not killing my beyers by letting it play with the amp none stop..

lol unless u turn to more than 70% volume for yur headset......
and not letting it rest for at least 3 hours everyday with yur amp
i highly doubt something will happen to either 1 of them

should i rename this thread to the Stax appreciation thread???

imho.
it sound exactly like upgraded version of IM716, and er4p.
and imho.
it can't replace Any beyer headphone. as beyer lover often love it's bass and it's dynamic. which both of this were lack by the stax headphone.
listen to rock / metalic / pop with stax really potong stim leh.
the statement were made according to the two stax headphone i ever heard.
SR-X and SR-5 gold.
maybe there's other stax providing good bass. i am not sure. but i am sure those go for stax is definately not a bass lover.

stax is fast speed. accurate, relaxing (both u and headphone were relax, the headphone seems to punch out the sound so relax..) great positioning. and realistic sound stage.

well some stax has deep bass like nova signature and omega II
stax lambda signature u try b4?or omega II? jus wan to stress out they can bassy as well
the bass is so deep that it can vibrates my cheek flesh well i guess some ppl go for stax for details and accurately and musical no doubt bout it
u using which amp to pair with it? stax amp ? get some really powerful amp like singlepower mistro or blue hawaii and c that yur stax has bass and can shake yur skull upside down
it has their own disadvantages and advantages for an example sony r10 is good example but why it is so exp than stax and it is a dynamic can onli
