QUOTE(TechMy @ Apr 27 2011, 11:41 PM) Just that my premium edition's dt880 headband is no good. Got any replacement? Feels like it's getting sticky... I've got the same problem too. Only DT880 Pro is replacable from what i gathered. Jaben, any ideas?

Is it possible to place other brand headphones headpads on DT440? DT440's are too thin, plus it's heavy keeps making me uncomfortable, I'm thinking pads something like Sennheiser HD558's. Is it possible to get those pads?

I sincerely hope that you can advise on my problem here. Last night my edifier was running smooth as usual but this morning, when i try to on the speaker again, it has no sound.
When i looked at the LED display, the volume figure seemed to be "faded out"..looked like no power. Then I tried to restart the speaker (amplifier), at first the LED lighted up but few seconds later it faded again..like a electrical without battery.. rclxub.gif
I have checked everything including the cables, the connections etc but all seems fine? So can anyone let me know what is the problem and how to fix it? I really like my speaker and I dont hope it just break down like that..thanks..

QUOTE(hahariz @ May 7 2011, 06:22 PM) My DT880 premium pads are getting sticky to a point it's starting to pull my hair out. my friend's premium pads also the same but i see some ppl's are fine as when it was bought.. it might be caused by hair care products. did you use any sort of hair cream? you can try asking jaben for the pro series pads. they are made of synthetic materials .. tho not as soft but i guess it wont get sticky overtime

Schwarzkopf Osis+ but those are fibre gum. So the Pro pad won't get sticky after some time? Any Pro pad users wanna share their experience?

im one XD ... looked exactly the same since i last bought and its easily replaceable if you can find the pad that is.. but it will not be as comfortable as your current pad yea maybe its that which causes the pad to deteriorate.. do you at anytime wear the headphones with those on your hair?

I'm one too, the pads didn't give me any problems. It's still the same like when I just bought it (less than a year).

QUOTE(hahariz @ May 7 2011, 06:22 PM) My DT880 premium pads are getting sticky to a point it's starting to pull my hair out. Exactly! I mostly use it only after i bath. So hair is clean and dry. I got a feeling its our weather (high humidity) causing this problem. walabies, Replaceable? Meaning needing to remove the 2 screw on each end to remove it? If i'm dropping by your shop, hopefully i could bring and show it to you guys, but i'm hardly around that area. BTW, how much are the replacement earpads (not that i need them yet).
