Which one got most potential?

There are about 30m population in this country and if need 2 shots for vaccination, there will be a market for 60m shot. Assume RM 100/shot, potential revenue is RM 6 bn.

How much vaccine repackaging and distribution could make? At most 30% or RM 1.8 bn gp.

Pharma and Dpharma would be in the picture too.
Once vaccine is approved, these counters will rocket.

Funny that you talked about vaccine counters but left out the two biggest players in the market

Pharma and Dpharma are the only 2 companies approved by MOH. The rest are loss-making counters frying mee goreng, nasi goreng, that ride on vaccine news & rumors.

I already took profits with Pharma & Dpharma sometimes ago, now don't dare to touch them due to high PE(50+ for Dpharma already).

IMHO, I will have a better chance targeting Genting and AirAsia.

I have yet to see Dpharma and Pharma having any sorts of MOU or agreements with vaccine manufacturers.
At most is they are identified by Goverment to be able to do filling and eventual distribution. Only Pharma has the facilities. Not sure of Dpharma.

But of course, they will be involved as they are the biggest suppliers to MOH.

Or did I miss out anything?

the first batches, good or not, have been pretty much booked by the rich countries.

here, maybe tycoons and politicians can afford them.

Reference is made to Kanger’s announcement on 29 September 2020 (ref no. GA1-29092020-00043) whereby the Group had entered into a three-year collaboration agreement with Sinopharm Group Hunan Changde Medical Co Ltd for the distribution of Covid-19 vaccines and medical equipment in Malaysia which are developed by China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation (“Sinopharm”).

The Board of Directors of Kanger is pleased to announce that National Institutes of Biotechnology Malaysia (“NIBM”), an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia has issued a letter which states that NIBM has no objections for Kanger to communicate with the relevant stakeholders at Sinopharm to purchase Covid-19 vaccines for private sector use in Malaysia.

That is true. worst is Pharma where EPS are negative and no PE mean alrdy way too high. Goreng too high + till now the earning dampen so much

I believe government will try to back this 2 company due to gov linked and try to make some profit as EPF and KWAP are the biggest share holder.

So the assumption of support for Pharma & Dpharma is pure BS... EPF & KWAP have stakes don't hold any weight anymore...

What matters most is which company have "connection" to the leadership of government.... Esp for "related" ministry to covid & vaccines....
