Most of the time BIOS will auto detect as long as it's a bootable USB created via Windows Creation Tool or Rufus.

Otherwise, you change boot order.

Another way is to boot into advanced start up then select boot from USB

Got plenty of tutorials on YouTube..

I wiped my driver and performed a clean install recently.
Everything works. Drivers still there.
Just need to update in Windows Update and under Device Manager.
