Well, we all see plenty of Fenders, Gibsons, and Ibanezes on the forum but what about other brands? I thought there are shops in Malaysia selling some good but lesser known guitars like Carvin, Godin, Yamaha, Hamer or maybe PRS, Martin and other well known but not so common guitars. I've never seen anyone post them up and I'm always curious to see them, and to know what the users think of them. Keep this thread running fellas.. smile.gif

Modulus Guitars G2T in Blueburst, with a highly-figured custom GIM neck (original carbon fiber neck broke).
Pics will be up when I can find the time to take a picture. For now, official site.

Hmm. Don't know about that. I read in newspapers that there are shops here selling Carvins, but I haven't seen anyone own them.

Party2DMax: Modulus guitar? reminds me of calculus... LOL how is the axe? good?

Nice n radical axes, PetroToxin and Everdying. Care to share the story on how you get them? and your opinion?

i always thought carvin were on their own.
one thing about carvin is that they might make real good guitars, but they got crappy resale value.

my peavey? its one of the few 24.75" scale length guitars with floating bridge, so i wanted it tongue.gif
i had another short scale floating bridge before, a charvel fusion, but didnt like its neck.
the peavey neck is so much better, ebony fretboard too.

Hmm.. Lets see.

My bass suits my taste and style, but the stock PUs got to go soon.
The only problem about my bass is the extra long scale and its weight. sweat.gif

i believe this guitar belongs here too, as it is pretty unknown. i don't even know it exist and i'm sure not many people do. got it from Everdying. i'm very lucky to obtain this and at the same feels weird that not many people wants it when it was in garage sales. it's a good guitar even though it's more than 12 years old. actually good is an understatement. it's great!! thumbup.gif . for an RG-style type, it sounds pretty warm. the EQ5 pickups, as dubbed "the most versatile pickup ever made", truly is versatile. the best part is, even though it has a floyd, the body actually vibrates like a fixed bridge guitar, which i like very much. probably due to the diecast bridge. i don't know whether it can hold for a live performance (since it's pretty old), but for home user like me, it's great!!

i'm posting here in the hope that someone can tell me the model number laugh.gif .
