To everyone, international packages via KLIA are delayed because the Customs office is either on minimal manning or closed due to the outbreak.

Call them up today and ask?

I chatted up a POS agent on their ask pos feature at the site, they told me that 2 out of 4 of my parcels have left customs and are on the way to the distribution center in my city. I cant see it in the POS site yet though but they said that customs have just started to resume. They might be a bit slow in clearing my other items because of 11.11 sales last week even though my parcels arrived before that.
