Right now cannot do anything only have to wait.

If your tracking starts with U, you cannot track via pos malaysia, if your tracking starts with L, you can track via pos malaysia. U packages normally gets delivered in 2 weeks to your mailbox. L packages normally gets delivered in a week and required signature.

Hey I encountered the same problem with you with UPSP. Item stuck at October 20th. I did email AskPos from Pos Malaysia and they replied saying item not here yet. Somehow their system can check in more detail where the parcel is.

But don't worry it will arrive eventually. I already received my item yesterday. I guess due to Covid-19 there's some delay.

To everyone, international packages via KLIA are delayed because the Customs office is either on minimal manning or closed due to the outbreak.

I chatted up a POS agent on their ask pos feature at the site, they told me that 2 out of 4 of my parcels have left customs and are on the way to the distribution center in my city. I cant see it in the POS site yet though but they said that customs have just started to resume. They might be a bit slow in clearing my other items because of 11.11 sales last week even though my parcels arrived before that.

Just wait. Can be up to 2 months. It's economy shipping I think.
If arrived Malaysia, check tracking number at Pos Malaysia tracking.

I never thought they will using USPS. firstly they using UPS then suddenly change to USPS

as long safely arrive then will be okay. I hope it not missing

Not trackable unless the tracking starts with L. Pos malaysia will deliver to your mailbox.

dunno why it stuck at sibu, suppose transit to bintulu. i did go to pos office ask for my parcel but they just say havent arrive maybe item was in kl but kinda blur the tracking state it at sibu pos. so what do i do?

Maybe it update the wrong place. My place is sibu but in the tracking status showed mukah after item delivered to me

Many years ago, ayam got cpu cooler from usa shipped with usps... received it after 3months. It just suddenly appeared in your mailbox and thats when I put my hands together, thanks god its not a scam.

Despite all of this, most people like the idea of keeping their mail because whenever you go away for a while, you risk losing or misplacing your mail. So the post office near me is where I can go to get my package, which is beyond happy.
